(OTC Bulletin Board: INFE) today announced that it has engaged the firm of Hoffman Morrison & Fitzgerald, P.C. to perform its year end audits in preparation for becoming a reporting company. Hoffman Morrison & Fitzgerald was founded in 1983 by Lawrence J. Hoffman, CPA, CFE, formerly with an international accounting and consulting firm, and has offices in Tysons Corner -- McLean, Virginia; and Chicago, Illinois.
