I wonder how they are going to define 'price manipulation'. Maybe once a Stock picker site attracts a large enough following to move the market they can be classified as 'price manipulators' and the SEC can crack down. Seems like this is what is happening in cases like Fast-trades.

I can't say I have much sympathy for the guy in the article chasing that kind of stock with a market order. He deserved what he got. But it's the whining from people like that who give the SEC the ammo to go after the scamsters.
