What's wrong with TELS? It looks like TELS management is working hard to reduce administrative expenses and improve manufacturing efficiencies. This along with WIN-SENSE in the pipeline should return TELS to profitability. The chart has been flat for the last 12 months. But with only 4M outstanding shares, low debt, a CR=2, a QR=1.5, I think TELS is due for a nice run. Any comments?
