Q.: I have seen many 144s, often cited here. How much of the stock has been actually sold? How much form 4s have been filed. Have to check Bloomberg. So that could be a huge bear trap? No?

What, if the shares sold by the insiders didn't hit the market but are being sought up by a future acquirer?
