From Raging Bull Board: Talked with Both Chairmen: Mr.James Mitchell, and Mr. Richard Fetchtor on Friday: 1) Merger on the schedule. Due to PR of 3/25, they should be finished before 04/16. Then they will issue a news release. On 04/12-04/13, Mr.Fetchtor will meet all board member of JMCGC. 2) On line trading plan: Both answered the lawyers not allow them to talk publicly about the new business plan at this time. However Mitchell said there is rumor they will do it, and its not difficult. And Fetchtor said he likes to hook PCs to internet. he wanted to see his company becoming bigger and bigger. For my personal feeling, it seems likely they will plan to enter it. JMCGC earned 0.03/share last year. FEDE is profitable. It has 37 years history, with 4 branches. The company is undervalued. It will hit $5-10 in the near future.
