Hi GWD,

Based on an overall assessment of the FAST-1's history, I also believe that any investor who thinks that future "mass production volume" orders can be "basically taken for granted" is probably correct. But as to ""WHEN"" those orders will arrive and how profitable they might or might not be can NOT be taken for granted.

As usual, and as you have pointed out "This news release reflects a high degree of confidence in FAST1" .... but << ONLY >> by PYNG management!!! This is akin to tooting one's own horn so I'll take it with a pound or two [ as opposed to a grain or two ] of salt.

I have yet to see ANY truly independent source involved in the FAST-1 evaluation process back up PYNG's fine opinion of itself in print. It would be wonderful for example if the Walter Reed tests which Mike Jacob's thought so worthy of mention in 1998 as a showcase evaluation of IO devices had put in print after the evaluation that PYNG's FAST-1 had been selected as the hands down favorite by the medics doing the evaluation. Unfortunately, WR has made no such announcement and not even PYNG would dare to put in print such a conclusion.

In short, unless PYNG announces the receipt of significant "mass production" orders which I believe investors were primed by previous PYNG statements [as well as their website] to expect long before now, then we can expect to see a further erosion of the price as more and more investors think of PYNG as just another "also ran" company. Of course, it is really what happens in the "long haul" that counts. For those of us who stick it out and who are such strong believers that we'll actually be increasing our positions when and if PYNG trades at 0.25 a share ..... will we be the fools [ a la BRE-X ] or the visionaries ????? Only time will tell but if anyone thinks the stock is a bargain now just wait and see how close to the toilet it will be come august '99 if PYNG is still fiddle farting with setting up production and has no serious commitments of ""volume"" orders to deliver !!!
