peter - you and I seem to do about the same number of stocks - plus I have 4 or 5 minute charts going and the tick interface program

but still, I hardly think I overwhelm them with data requirements

if by "3 or 4 times" you mean 3 or 4 reboots then I think you make my point - rebooting has absolutely no bearing on the problem

there customer support is not all that swift, and based on what I now now, I bet they are repeating a procedure which was prehaps relevant to early releases...
