Pitol, I saw the section in the Form that referred to compensatory shares but wasn't sure what to make of it. What we need is an honest to goodness accounting by management of everything including that. IF he compensated himself in anyway, was it done with shareholder approval? Since when can he just issue himself shares after he is already a public company? I have seen CEO's allow themselves to borrow money to buy shares with in order to maintain a 51% control of a company but at least they are in debt to the company and pay interest etc.It was also only done with shareholder approval. I have never heard of a publicly traded company CEO just being allowed to issue himself shares. What's up with the newly appointed Director who is a former SLOG. Is his mouth taped shut or what?
Would also like other opinions on Moody's appointment as a director. I thought they needed two outside directors and he was one and when they appointed Billy that completed that process. Now it appears that Moody is some sort of pseudo-director in just an advisory position. What is the meaning of that? Sounds like they still need another regular outside director. Is this the way you read that also? If Pritchard had anything to do with the filing of this Form, I'd be embarrassed if I were him.
