I received e-mail earlier today from SNDK, which was not very informative, and which stated only that the earnings would be announced after the close on April 15. The message did NOT deny the rumor that set the shares going down earlier this week. To me, that suggests there may be some weakness in the coming earnings report, unfortunately. In my e-mail correspondence with SNDK, I reiterated that any unauthorized leaking of information, whether intentional or not, may still violate the securities laws.
