yes, wily. but i have minimal experience using it. very minimal. :) it is designed to carry work back and forth between 'un-networked' pc's, and its functionality is that as a program, any changes made at one location are updated at the other location. i think. bet dolfan can answer this question far better than me. how ya been, wily? :) mark
