Norstar Group, Inc. Moves Forward On Its Own Cyber-city Site
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 1999--NorStar Group, Inc.'s. Board of Directors has determined that future negotiations with Computer Bucks would not be in the best interest of NorStar Group and its shareholders.

Consequently the company has decided to terminate all negotiations with Computer Bucks.

NorStar will initiate the company's plan to promptly form a subsidiary and begin immediate construction of its previously announced cyber city site and all major revenue streams will be transferred to this site.
