I haven't seen the info circular yet,...but I'm making a guess that increased number of stock options may be directly proportional to the increase in number of employees over the last year. They are giving more and more incentive stock options to their junior/senior employees,.....as well as directors.

If this is the case, I would be in favor. Definitely should be discussed before the meeting.

Might be wise if we all take this up with Sophie or RT.
