Mohan:
iTurf did not make a profit, but there was some revenue, of approximately 100k. Yes, it is a new company, spun off from Delia's, but why would it turn IPO before it is even ready? You cannot buy a single thing from the Web site at all.
Anyway, Internet Influence can be measured through a number of factors, including the use of external hyperlinks to a company's Web site. Hyperlinks are the number-one way that users find Web sites, according to studies, and traffic drives sales. iTurf, being so new, has almost no Web influence at all. Had you even heard of the company prior to its being launched public?
