I couldn't agree more. Furthermore, if you read the article in Smart Money magazine, things aren't as bad as it seems. I posted on the Yahoo board regarding Hambrest and Quist possibly being a Market Maker I saw on Level II HMQT. It was confirmed on this board by an earlier post. Also someone mentioned a few more of my points regarding the downgrades (not to a hold but to attractive and market performer). Expect an upgrade from Hambrest and Quist in a month or so which will push the share price upward.

Another point - Watch out for the ambulance chasers! Note a prior post from Justice Reed. These lawyers are quite adept at manipulating a stock price by placing fear in shareholders about filing lawsuits against the company. The lawyers get all the money, and I really do not see where the company misled investors. They got screwed by Nortel (read the Smart Money article). Notice that 2 PRs from these lawyers were issued Friday night. Shaky investors could sell in a panic on Monday thereby driving the share price down further. This could lead to shareholders joining the ambulance chasers' frivolous lawsuits. Manipulation at its best.

FVCX will do better in a few months. Have some patience, and if these lawyers persist with their BS, we should report them to the SEC.
