How in the world do you KNOW he is doing "estate planning?" Also, unless they have changed the law on me, if he is giving away stock to family members, the price at which he does so does not matter because he passes along his cost basis. Let me qualify this by saying the price DOES matter to how many shares he can pass along tax-free because the gift limit is $10,000/person/yr and to my knowledge is based on current values not cost basis. Miles PS: I own this stock -- I'd be a pretty dumb short-seller to sell a $1.50 stock. I hope y'all are right... but the excessive optimism I see here simply tells me this company is worse than I thought!
