Back on topic,

I guess if you want to go public an existing shell is the way to go, especially if CD shareholders retain 90%.

Take a TSE listing, throw in decent ticker like CDPlus.com, new investor awareness and of course, Inut frenzy, what's not to like.

Dividends are nice but I'll take insane stock prices anyday.
