Yes, you're right. You can neither buy nor sell the stock. What is really unfortunate, maybe, is that this stock was supposed to be delisted from the NYSE on Fri. So if they don't reopen before then, all those who played the run will be stuck.
They may reopen, or they may decide to not delist.
I saw this one, as it dropped from ~17 to 2-4 range, but the delisting made me too wary.
