I decided to join SI & participate on the board. 1st Reserve Corp. is an energy investment firm with offices in Houston and Greenwich,Ct. McCaulay is Pres.& CEO. They had an investment in Petro Corp. and sold to Kaiser Francis Oil in Aug. 96. They along with the management bought the Tenneco Ventures portion of Tenneco from El Paso Energy in Jan 97.
