I still think it's baggage with the street. Institutions lost money in the drop last year, which was an extreme overreaction to the mild warning words used. Now some probably won't touch this stock and others are taking a "show me the money" attitude. In which case we probably have one more quarter of this price range ($6-$9).

That and a general mis-conception that bigger networkers, some sitting 1-2 years behind in technology, are still going to eat MRVC's new products up with their higher priced, lower speed products.

This is a failure by the street to realize the difference between where MRVC's products were 1 year ago (low end "niche" commodity IP and Ethernet switches for the small enterprise) and where they are heading (halfway there) to a full line next generation networker with cutting edge, high speed, full range of connectivity products, integrated with optical Internetworking and DWDM and targeting larger enterprises, ISPs, CLECs and other carriers.

The bottom line of your post will come when MRVC's bottom line starts trending up again, when perception shows the new products as winners, and people start objectively evaluating MRVC.
