Not only has NATO been defeated, they are also gutless.

I just read an article in the N.Y. Times which said a Kosovar refugee who arrived in Albania today told of seeing COLUMNS of tanks going in both directions as he was being taken to the Albanian border.

A column of tanks can be taken out with a handful of A10 Warthogs.
The problem is NATO does not have the GUTS to send the Warthogs into Kosovo at a low enough altitude to destroy the tanks. NATO is too afraid that a few pilots might get shot down and be killed. If NATO doesn't have the stomach to see a few pilots get killed they certainly don't have the stomach to see a few thousand ground forces get killed. Which means they will never send in ground forces, which means they will never win the war, which means they have already lost the war.

After 18 days of bombing, there still has not been a confirmed tank kill.

General Clark says the Serbian fuel supply has been cut in half and yet the refugees are claiming the tanks are racing all over Kosovo.
Clark is a liar and a total failure as a general.

Like I said, the Serbs have already won. It is only a matter of time before the Allies get tired and withdraw.

You, the taxpayer, will be footing the bill to replace all those bombs and missiles.
