I do not even follow this nonsense any more. As far as a defense. What am I supposed to defend. Working 7 days a week, calling all over the world,working with the PR firm, talking to the lawyers, making sure the GATA fine art prints are shipped properly,keeping up with the GATA website, trying to bring in more contributions, trying to wake up the gold companies, contacting Washington, etc. All this for no pay and if we are successful, the entire gold community benefits.
Maybe we won't be, but at least we are giving it one helluva try. We hope to have Berger & Montague retained this week to launch an investigation, not a law suit. We are coordinating the Washington exercise with the PR firm to gain maximum benefit in terms of presenting our case to the media. It takes much planning, etc.
I do not intend to defend one thing, nor will I spend one second on it. There is too much that has to be done and so little time to do it all.
