It is worth checking out tsd.org. The March review indicates that the final contract announcement worth over 100 million U.S. for the canarsie line will be made in Oct.1999. 2 other lines will follow soon after. There are a total of 19 which will be revamped under this prototype for nyct over the next 19 years for a total of at least 3 billion dollars u.s. Kasten should benefit for at least 20%. They have already been receiving some money but this will clearly accelerate. The timing of the 1st contract which kasten automatically gets will coincide with a profitable 3rd qter. Only 6 months to wait for the stock to at least double to triple. Great return!
