oh yea, NOW I remember why I quit reading these threads... in fact I would never have known this CNHH thread was here except for unfortunate circumstance... Surely you people have something better to do. I would like to say something about debentures.... First a debenture is nothing more than a bond. THere is nothing wrong with debt financing -- our country tends to count on it to finance its operations... Debenture has become a dirty word because of the way it has been used in this BB market to finance worthless companies through the use of stock manipulation by, in particular, certain folks out of NY. They know who they are. But there is nothing inherently wrong with a debenture -- only the possibly adverse terms attached to it. One other fact about debentures/bonds that you folks should be aware of in case you are not -- these debt instuments can be issued for up to 270 days without any type of filing or notice. So even if one had been issued -- it is highly unlikely that any of you would know about it. If you did, you would have material inside information -- generally a very stiff offense if used to your or any of your affiliates advantage. I will be forgetting to bookmark this thread as I exit. I do think CNHH has a lot going for it. I do think that EUTO will have one of the most brutal reverse splits to ever hit a private investor -- this, I think, will happen in the not-so-distant future. I will also be surprised if IKAR ever trades again and feel very lucky to have gotten out when I did, even with a very large loss. Adios and watch out for yourselves -- not the rest of us...
