Comdisco filed their 13g on CYE a day before Andreini resigned on 1/12/99. This covered up Andreini's control of Comdisco's CYOE shares and the ones in the latest filing by Andrieni. How many shares did Andreini control prior to 1/12/99 you ask?

1,107,506 (10.5%)in his latest filing on 4/5/99
519,900 comdisco purchased in open market since 5/98
- 14,500 comdisco sold on 12/7/98
40,750 warrants owned by Comdisco 3/26/98
78,750 warrants owned by Comdisco 6/26/98
73,500 warrants owned by Comdisco 9/30/98
(6.6%)

Total control prior to 1/12/98 1,805,906 (17.1%)

Please note the three warrant transactions were because of the Crescant Communications lease ( Eugene Curcio the P.O. Box man), another for Apollo Telecom ( We had the UCC filing on that one) and another lease deal ( undetermined but I think it was Dakota Carrier Services DCS 30 million dollar deal.)

Also consider that 92% of the sales in the third quarter for cyoe were because of Comdisco's lease purchases ( Which Edward Beeman refused to sign 10K and was fired on 11/13/98 because he wanted to have CYOE make a note of it in 10K) Then we have one of the best cover up market manipulations of all time.
