I agree that they knew from day 1 that they had problems. A while back, I posted a few comments about CPQ's end-of-Q4 inventory problems. Several others also provided details.

What a bunch of rascals,.... "warning" a week after the quarter ends. No wonder the class action lawyers are both rich and rubbing their hands in anticipation.
