Here is how the Apollo Telecome deal worked. CYOE makes a stake in Apollo Telecome just under 20% ( This is because anything over 20% is subject to the auditors) The stake is CYOE warrants. Apollo then takes the warrants and gives them too Comdisco as a 20% down payment on a equipment lease. Comdisco then buys the equipment from CYOE. Comdisco now lease equipment to Apollo. CYOE then books the sale. CYOE then reports earnings like they are selling their network equipment like hot cakes. In the third quarter 92% of their total sales were to Comdisco. No dought Prinvest has CYOE warrants too for the latest deal they did. CYOE is creating their own earnings. I also beleive the equipment value that Comdisco lease used was also inflated 200 to 300%. They did this with Crescant Communications and Curcio. They did it with another company they had a equity stake in. These companies are start ups. Curcio's is a P.O. Box. Ask yourself this question? CYOE has a stake in Crescant Communications. Why would anyone lease equipment to sit in a warehouse rotting away and make lease payments for a year or two? Its a fraud thats why. CYOE owns a stake in Crescant, its on their books as a asset. Go read their press releases. Unfrickenbaleavable. cyoe.com
