Allan, If I may offer another book to add to your list and it might be a strong candidate to read in addition to the Zen book. Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, by Susan Jeffers. The key to this game I am beginning to believe more and more is a deep understanding of self and motivations. This book helps one get in touch with one's motivational influences. -Scott
