Tom, I know all that you said (3 person, etc.)..in fact, I lost money because of A.S. Goldman, who had sold me on buying Innovative Tech etc in the mid-90's. I will tell you, that the mere mention of them connected with this stock just about made me rush for the exits. But I am a trader, not an investor (any more). As long as a trade is SEC-valid, I don't think they are going to reverse all Friday's activity if it turns out the company is ZZZZ carpet cleaning, even. That's why I warn you..
I trade a lot of OEX puts/calls. I guarantee you, those are going to lower value (all prices additive). No venture backing, etc.

Like I said, many many people did valuations of Amazon; even their bond ratings/prices bespeak of the negative value of that company. Many people bet their retirements on the "Street" finally understanding how way way way way way way way I-MEAN-WAY overvalued AMZN is/was, and STILL they finally gave up. Maybe you'll be lucky here, as with BAMM (up to 40+, back to 10) but..I wouldn't take that bet..
cheers...best regards
Scott
