I mean to sound dumb.. where is all the NATO money coming from? I wouldn't be surprised for world stability if the Russians are asked to serve as peace keepers once MS or the people yell Uncle and this way NATO can pay the russian soldiers money to keep them from starving..then the US can get rid of all the surplus food and save the farmers...then nobody will notice the high unemployment in europe because they might help rebuild demolished Yugoslavia.. etc etc
