But if everyone who was having problems said "my ISP is AOL" or "my ISP is Prodigy" or "My ISP is compuserve" then there would some pattern to the problem.

Your SI profile says you get email at evcom.net, an ISP out of North Palm Beach, Florida. If they are your Internet Service Provider when you have this DWA problem, then maybe you should send a note to support@evcom.net and tell them you are having problems accessing the DWA and perhaps they will track down the network problem.

I wasn't looking for your ID or address, just who your Internet Service Provider was, but your email address is publicly available in your SI profile.
