El...I believe your stock decision would have been shared
by at least 95% of the market. Few expected the stock to
drop below 40. Paine Webber and SSB have it as their
#1 - 1999 pick (target $65).

3 months ago anyone would have loved to
have bought this stock at cost of 35, in their portfolio.

I believe few expected this from a Fortune 100 company.

Right Now......
Mr. Pfeiffer has less credibility with shareholders than
Bill Clinton does with Hillary about his fidelity.
