Re: Diana settlement

I had a laugh the other day when I received the documents in the mail regarding my status as a member of the plaintiff's class in the Diana settlement. I was long some Diana stock because I boxed my position for a brief time while I rode my short down from the 80's to about 11. So now I hear that they may be giving me Coyote warrants as part of the settlement-which I can hold as a hedge against my present short in CYOE! (Not that I think they'll ever be exercisable.)

While good for a laugh I don't think I can in good faith accept anything in the settlement as I was not truly "injured" by my purchase of Diana. It was the best short I've ever played.

Ah, memories.
