Skeet: obviously you're entitled to your opinion, but why do you say 2010? The commercial market exists today in huge numbers. There are 3,000 transplants a year available to serve a current need of 70,000. The population is aging and this number of annual potential customers will continue to grow for the next 20 years.

If the company is able to stick to their schedule (and they have remained on track for 9 years), there will be an eager market waiting - I can't think of anything more compelling than imminent death to want to make you buy a product.
