Yes I do. No, they won't. Why? Because they are all longtime customers of Rockwell, and competitors of US Robotics.

RAS vendors who support either K56Plus or V.flex2 technologies represent more than 70 percent of the worldwide enterprise access server market according to industry analysts.

That's 70% of ISPs. USR ISPs represent 70% of dialup Internet users.
