Heated debate at the Biotech Rumor Mill over ISIP and antisense. Please conduct a search there. The thread has been ongoing for what seems forever, and the [well-informed] individual who is attacking the company seems to have a personal vendetta. I haven't owned it since '95, and only owned it for a bit then.

ICAM-1 is an interesting project, but.... I don't know of anyone pursuing MAb anti-ICAM-1. Maybe I just missed it. But, it's sort of strange that the CEO of LKST used to lead the ICAM/inflammation project at ISIP, and that LKST isn't pursuing anti-ICAM.

Why'd he leave in the first place?

I went to an ISIP open house in '95 (or '96?) where they were representing an anti-HIV agent as a potential product when they knew damn well that animal testing at SyStemix made it look ineffective. Left a bad taste. Also, check out the history of scientific fraud with their molecule by a partner.
