I suggest you get your arse up to NWT in the middle of winter(cold as *#@@!!.or go there in the middle of summer,...blood sucking bugs as big as buses,...and perhaps you might see the need for some incentives. Unless you are prepared to get your arse up there and do the work for the benefit of the rest of us,... I think you should vote to give the poor junior geologists etc., a few stock options, to keep them motivated.

With respect to options to management. If the stock price triples from here,..as it should based on tonnage increases and valuation of diamonds,... they deserve it. We didn't do it,..they did. They deserve it. Of course, if the bulk samples wimp out, we will remember the names of these worms,...and with the internet, they will not get a second chance. Thank god for the internet, and the ability to disseminate information in an instant. Shareholders are protected,.. if they become knowledgeable to the B.S. from promoters.
