Veltex was a PRIVATE company until last week. I do not think that you will find anything on them because they have been PRIVATE up until last week. PRIVATE companies are not required to do anything and analyst's do not follow them because they are PRIVATE. It is sort of like your bank account. It is PRIVATE because it is owned by you and/or yours. On the other hand, Veltex is now PUBLIC, and will be required to make certain disclosures because they are now PUBLICALLY owned. We are the shareholders and therefore, we are the owners, and we have a right, per the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934, to certain information, depending upon certain things. Good Luck.
