Edward E. Nelson, Secretary/Treasurer and a newly elected member of Veltex Corporation's Board of Directors, indicated that the company is now in process of preparing its Form 10 filing which, when completed, would bring Veltex to full SEC reporting status. Is this the same "Swede Nelson" with background in oil/gas???? Now he is a velvet man? Of course we'll all be waiting for that Form 10 now won't we....<g>????
