To All: Associated Press Headline Today - INS ADMITS 11,000 BECAME CITIZENS DESPITE FELONY RECORDS. Article was written by Connie Cass.

From the headline you can see that convicted felons are being granted U.S. citizenship for lack of adequate background checks. The article goes on to state that in 113,000 cases applicants names were checked, but not their fingerprints because the FBI had rejected the fingerprint cards - typically because the prints were smudged.

If the FBI and INS get a little more bad press like this, we should soon see some orders flowing. Anyone know if there is any activity in the immigration arena?
