To all, I have owned DLIA till afew weeks ago and sold way too soon so I have been consistinly wrong on DLIA in the past . I am flat the stock , but I got peronal message that worried me. Be careful on this stock if u r short because the market makers are vicious and I am posting part of the news release that says the co. is using a part of the proceeds to buy back shares of the old DLIA co. stock . So take it for what's it worth. and do your own due diligence. best of luck to all. richard You can make money both ways , but u have to be right . so hope this info is helpful whichever u r.

The company said it will use at least $6 million of the proceeds for marketing this year, $4 million for capital expenditures, $10 million to purchases shares in Delia's, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
