stsimon, No I was serious in my comment about Congress and the President. In the Iraq situation the US Senate voted 99-1 to declare war on Iraq. The lone dissenter was a Quaker I believe who abhors all violence- which I can respect. I'm guessing that we will have a rational assessment of the Balkans over the next couple of weeks...
