One class of shares traded on TSE and Nasdaq, the natural market keeps both exchanges tied closely together taking exchange into consideration. Look at RIM in Toronto, RIMM on Nasdaq, BCE; NCT in Toronto and on NYSE. BII is in no different situation than any of many companies trading US and Canada, except it is the first true Canadian Internet company to do so.
