I am long GLBX and love the story, but the link was a rehash of well-disseminated news and contains a number of mistakes. The merger with Frontier is pending SEC proxy filings, HSR approval and shareholder votes. It is not Robert Azzuniata but, I believe, Robert Annunziata. AC-1 is not the first transatlantic undersea fiberobtic. Those new to the story are better off looking at an April issue of Forbes or past GTR's. Regards. Liacos_samui.
