PRIVATE UNTIL LAST WEEK?????
That might explain why approx. two months ago or more, when I heard about the merger, I could pull up the symbol, but no pertinent info....But if they were private until very recently, this was planned well in advance, otherwise, they would not have had their symbol already listed...When I questioned people involved with the co., I asked if they were a pink sheet co., and was told yes....It is possible the info they had was erroneous....But I know for a fact that they had the symbol, at least 2 months ago.....Something is not right....And yes if they are projecting say 2-4 mil. in revenues.....that is still nowhere near enough for those past stockholders who were promised major growth and stock appreciation......I still have the letter from HK dated Oct. 98, who said "We would be pleased....blah, blah, blah..." SOMEHOW HIS DEFINITION OF BEING PLEASED VARIES FROM MINE.....My definition means making $$$$$...So does his apparently!!!! UNFORTUNATELY "NEVER THE TWO SHALL MEET"..
I hear what you are saying.....Brush Creek said the same thing....did two RS.....Now is facing more than one lawsuit...the Pres. has resigned...etc., etc. etc.....
Regarding rights....You gotta be joking!!!! I just saw my rights go out the window on a 25-1 RS, that I was never notified about, nor others who were stockholders in my family, and did not know was coming, or we would have sold the rest of our stock!!!! As a small investor, I have no ownership...you know that....not when officers, directors, IR people, legal people and close associates of the company own a s**tload of stock....be honest....WE HAVE NO RIGHTS...at least none that are worth anything....LIKE I SAID....You go do some major searching and see what has or hasn't been issued or bought...don't forget CSMA as a NON REPORTING CO, doesn't have to say squat about what they do or don't do or what they have or don't have....I will buy you the shovel or spade....Or, you tell me where to dig, and I will help you....I'm the best snoop around...
That goes for the new company.....THEY AREN'T REPORTING YET!!!!!!! DON'T HAVE TO YET!!!!!!! BY THE TIME THEY DO....LET'S SEE JUST WHAT IS WHAT AND WHO OWN WHAT!!!!!! ANYONE PLACING BETS!!!! ME, I CAN'T AFFORD TO....ALREADY LOST ON THIS ONE....Know what.....I hope someone takes them down!!!! Franco too...If this ever comes to light, all names and dealings will be revealed...I'D STAKE MY WHOLE OWNINGS ON THE FACT THAT "FRANCO AIN'T DEAD OR GONE"....AT LEAST NOT IN THAT SENSE....HE DID HIS JOB, AND DID IT WELL....And when all comes to fruition, all that will come out in the open finally!!!! I am not known to be a spiteful or vengeful person.....but every once in a while, I say....HAVE AT IT!
BTW....Everyone knows me as IRVINESULLY....AKA Ginny....that's about it in a nutshell....
