Jim you may be right but I think that this is happening to a lot of Internet companies. I recall hearing the same thing on the Egghead board. Also everyone who has traded with Etrade or Ameritrade screams in fury at the problems they have experienced. Yet look at their stock prices.
I trade with a different broker (dont even want to mention who it is because I am happy with their execution times) I happened to sell 500 shares of a stock on the net with my broker and at the same time executed the same trade for someone else on Etrade. I ended up getting 5.3/8 and he got 4.3/4. Would I recommend Etrade no. But it doesn't seem to be hurting them or their stock price.
These companies are growing rapidly and they are all making mistakes and experiencing growing pains which I think is common to most of them. I do think that the brokers will improve their technologies over the coming years and we will all be more satisfied with speed and performance etc.
I do admit that I have no experience with ordering from ONSL and defer to your experience and obvious frustration with them. I still feel though that they are a very attractive buyout for some larger player.
Have a good one Jim.
