Yes, but the Russian market tanked a lot for some reason in recent days. I guess, some Reddish elements taking over. Note also a sharp decrease in oil price (last 2 days). This Kosovo thing is too bad - now Russia will get even more red parliament due to rising general anti-american sentiment in the upcoming elections. And then - the president. Who knows who THAT will be. Could be Mr. Lebed'.
