Interesting reading. 1996 and 97 sales and earnings are unchanged from 1 year ago. See my original post at the start of this thread. 1998 sales are a couple of million lower than reported a month ago, 1998 earnings are 300k lower so fully diluted 1998 earnings are 16.9 cents not 18.8 cents per share. No one has mentioned this. I wonder which quarter/quarters changed? I think they will have to significantly revise the filing to explain how we got from 8.3 million to 17.9 million shares. The filing needs to be much clearer about how many shares management owns and how those shares were acquired. The most logical explanation I have read is that management owns 51% of 17.9mm and that Management plus Frank owns 66%. But this assumes a typo at a very critical point of the document. Next week will be interesting. Unfortunately I will be out of the country until Friday. Hope we are up some bucks by then. Regards, Bill Purcell
