I did my due dilligence... I started with the financials and progressed from there. I can admitt this stock had me going in the beginning {and I regret my bullish stance}. But further research beyond the basics can get you the answers you seek.

#reply-7752828 {This bothers me the most, bottom paragraph}

You ask:
"If the company is destined to fail why?"
Well are they acting as a principle software writer? What is their importance? How do they fit in? Are they essential?

"Is the CitiBank alliance not real?"
Is it sufficient to create a company around?

"Does it not hold the potential the market is valuing it at?"
With a market value of $34M, would have to assume that is negative? 22.4M shares.

"Can the company not execute?"
Does the company have an extended plan for the future?

I'm GUESSING here, but if the working Cap is under $500,000 as I read elsewhere. Is that sufficient for day to day operations? How many employess are working of the number? What is the burn rate? What are the future products? If the alliance breaks up, what else is there? If the burn rate is high, how soon before they go to the well again {PP}?
