Because it is @Home's pipe as it relates to Internet Access. Nope. Thats exactly the point. Aol et al. want to bypass @home completely and just pay rent on the wires to the cable companies. The wires dont belong to @home in any form, even though they apparantly had a lot to do with developing the architecture. What a logistical and regulatory nightmare it would be! It wont happen any time soon (if ever), but the fear of it will have its moments of effect now and then on the stock. Eric
