1998 Form 10KSB due out this week. Here's is what I am expecting from this week's filing. No or very little revenue for 1998. ISP's acquisitions in 1998 never materialized to generate revenue Loss between $1.4 M and 1.9 M for the year. Just a wild A*$ educated guess. Am not sure how our New Wave, Argo and WoodComm dividends will be presented. I think New Wave will be the one that makes us richer though. The other 2 are dogs. Highly doubt Cyberhighway's f/s will be in this filing. USRF has 75 days from their 8-K filing on February 12, 1999 or towards the end of April. I would be very impressed if they make the April 15 deadline for the 8-K requirement. I have worked with Fortune 500s that never make this. Its my humble opinion that once the 10 KSB is filed the action will start again. It would be nice to hear about some wireless deployments and ISP acquisitions to bring us visibility along other ISP roll ups like FLASHNET and ONEMAIN.
